How do I find my wrist size for bracelets?
Take a tape ruler and put it around your wrist. If you don't have a tape ruler, you can cut a piece of string that goes around your wrist and measure it. Take note of your measurement. Next, add 0.5in to your measurement. Your final number is your wrist size, and the one you will input when you're ordering a bracelet.

An item I want is sold out! What do I do?
So sorry about that!! You can get first-hand info on when items will be restocked on my Instagram, @kyesjewels, or signing up for my mailing list.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Items take about 3-7 business days to ship. Customs take longer, please allow 1-2 weeks for it to be made and shipped. Frequent updates will be given!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping depends on where you are located in the world.
What do I do if my order is lost?
Once I've shipped out a package, I do not have control over it. It is in the hands of Canada Post. If you chose tracked shipping, please contact Canada Post directly. If you chose untracked shipping, unfortunately I do not know the location or status of the item. I advise that you wait a week from the estimated delivery date in case of any delays. If it still hasn't arrived, contact me and I can reship it. Orders have a return address, so if there are any problems the package will be shipped back to me.
What are the different shipping options?
Untracked: More affordable option, packages are sent without a tracking number. Note that I am not responsible for lost packages and/or delays.
Tracked: Packages are sent with a tracking number.
Any overcharges on shipping will be refunded!
