• RETURN POLICY

    Returns are allowed, please send it back within 30 days of item delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations are allowed, as long as it has not been shipped out yet. Please cancel within 2 days of placing your order.

  • INCORRECT INFORMATION

    If any changes or adjustments need to be made to your order, please contact me as soon as possible via email at kye@kyesjewels.com. Once your order has been shipped, I can no longer make any adjustments to your shipping address or order information. Please double check that your order information is correct beforehand. If your order is returned back due to an incorrect address, you can either be refunded (minus the shipping costs), or I will ship it out to you again. However, you are responsible for shipping costs.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact me via email at kye@kyesjewels.com. Please attach your order number, description of what arrived damage, and images of your package. After contacting, a proper evaluation can be made of the situation so we can appropriately handle it for you!
