This necklace is inspired by the character Miguel O’Hara from the movie Across the Spiderverse! I took the colour palette from his spider suit, and his room in Spider Society. I really wanted to emphasize the popular theories that Miguel is the original anomaly instead of Miles. I did this by making his spider different from the others, because he is the least spider like! We see this in the movie, and most predominately in the comics. This necklace took me the most time to think of a design for. The other Spiderverse necklaces all had a clear vision, but Miguel didn’t. I experimented a lot, and eventually settled on this design!
